• Receives, counts, and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer.
• Packages, unpacks, and marks stock items with identification tags, stamps, electronic marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Identifies incorrect or short‑shipped items and immediately notifies supervisor.
• Delivers products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Verifies computations against physical stock counts.
• Examines and inspects stock items for wear and defects.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late or slow deliveries.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training or certification may be required. Generally 2‑5 years of experience in a related area expected.

• Forklift experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Computer literacy with experience using WMS such as SAP and/or Oracle.
• Bilingual a plus.
