Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Outbound department supporting the efficient and accurate shipment of goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $18.50-$19.50

Shift: 1st shift - 6am-6pm and 2nd shift - 6pm-6am

What's the Job?
  • Coordinate with Dispatch to identify the next available dock door for loading based on staging lane inventory and dock SLA times.
  • Organize and maintain the dock area, directing Bulk Pickers for support when necessary.
  • Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via Zebra gun or laptop to load trailers, ensuring optimal trailer cube utilization.
  • Complete trailer loading within SLA time frames, finalize paperwork, and deliver documentation to Dispatch for driver release.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including pallets per hour, as set by the Outbound Supervisor.
What's Needed?
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices (e.g., Zebra guns).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
  • Forklift experienc[e] is a plus
