We’re looking for a full-time Shop Crew Member to join MOD BIKES in Austin’s St. Elmo district. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting multiple departments with tasks like bike builds, shop organization, deliveries, warehouse work, and event support. It’s perfect for someone energetic, versatile, and eager to grow with our award‑winning electric bike company.

Founded in 2018 with limited funding and unlimited passion, MOD BIKES started out in a small shop in Austin, Texas with one big goal: to create the ultimate riding experience. Fast forward to today, and we’re proud to be a brand recognized worldwide — designing electric bikes, accessories, and unique customer experiences that set our brand apart. But we’re not just about bikes — we’re about building lasting relationships.

We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and versatile team player to join our crew! This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and being part of a growing company.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be helping across multiple departments with a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with bike builds and shop organization
• Helping customers load and unload bikes from their vehicles
• Performing deliveries and pickups of bikes
• Supporting the team with container unloading and warehouse organization
• Helping with fulfilling orders
• Assisting on photoshoot days and event setups
• Jumping in on other general shop and team tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and good vibes – you’re comfortable working with both the team and customers
• Willingness to jump between different tasks throughout the day
• Full‑time availability with flexible hours (weekends/holidays a bonus!)
• Ability to lift and move bikes safely

Bonus Points For

• Experience or knowledge about bicycles or electric bikes 🚲⚡
• A valid driver’s license
• Having a truck for deliveries/pickups
