• Hands‑on experience as an automotive technician or fleet mechanic (fleet experience = bonus!)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
