Warehouse Associate​/Delivery Driver

Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver – Full‑time Associate in the Management and Manufacturing function.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively in a warehouse team to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Properly load and unload materials from the truck, maintaining inventory control.
• Operate the required vehicle class for assignments.
• Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle class.
• Class C – Cargo up to 26,000 lbs combined gross weight.
• Class B – Box truck with a combined vehicle weight of 26,001 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Forklift certification.
• Opportunities to advance into leadership, CDL driver, or sales roles.

• Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, sit and stand for extended periods, kneel, squat, climb, and walk.
• Operation of Office Equipment – Use of computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
• Written Communication Skills – Writing, reading, and written comprehension.
• Mental Capacities – Includes critical thinking, problem sensitivity, time management, and customer‑service focus.
