This is an on‑site, full‑time role based in Austin, TX, for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will manage client relationships, coordinate shipments, and connect with carriers to facilitate logistics operations.

• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Dispatch loads and coordinate shipment operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation for transport processes.
• Maintain account management and build client relationships.

• Strong expertise in Freight Brokerage and brokerage practices.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Skills in Account Management with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with logistics software and technology tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the logistics or freight brokerage industry is preferred.
