Responsibilities

  • Assign activities of cabin service agents and ensure task completion.
  • Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies, ensuring all areas are free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
  • Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within your skill and experience level.

Basic Qualifications

Pre-requisites

  • Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • Valid In-State Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass a background check up to 10 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport security identification.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a team-oriented attitude.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

High School diploma or GED.

Experience

  • Over 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Effective verbal and radio communication skills.

Working Conditions

Work Schedule

  • Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, in a shift bid environment.

Work Environment

  • Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft and use of radio equipment required.

Physical Demands/Requirements

  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds or more regularly; lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • Walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
  • Work in cramped or high places.
  • Carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise cabin service agents.
