This in-person role is based in Austin, TX, with relocation assistance available. Compensation is $150,000 annually, paid weekly, with full health, dental, and vision coverage starting day one.
Austin provides year-round outdoor training opportunities, a dynamic sports environment, and a purpose-centered community that positions your elite background as the cornerstone for guiding future leaders.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct proactive one-on-one motivation sessions that convert athletic experience into clear, implementable coaching techniques
- Deliver high-intensity morning assemblies that activate the student community
- Lead interactive life skills workshops coaching students through resilience, leadership, and objective-setting
- Direct structured athletic training sessions that embody championship principles: create drills, demand effort, refine technique, and instill grit and collaboration through athletic activity
- Engage with all students throughout the day: energize independent study periods, support those who are struggling, and generate teaching moments that spark transformative thinking
- Observing passively from the sidelines; this role is not ceremonial. You will be on the ground, directly engaging students and facilitating sessions

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging sport to mentor and develop life skills
- Proven motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
