We equip our Trainers with marketing, technology, and business strategy support, allowing them to focus on inspiring others through dynamic outdoor workouts and personalized coaching.
This is a full-time or part-time role for a Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Group Exercise Coach located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will lead engaging and impactful outdoor fitness sessions, develop personalized training programs, and motivate members to achieve their health and fitness goals. You will build relationships within the community, provide ongoing education and support, and help nurture a positive and inclusive environment.
Collaboration with other team members and participation in community-focused events will also be integral to your role.
- Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
- Knowledge of Nutrition principles and their application in fitness planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
- Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent are preferred
- Passion for fitness and a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire individuals
- A commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment
