PART‑TIME COACH (4‑20 HRS PER WEEK) – Paid training will start immediately after hire

Looking for meaningful, part‑time weekday work coaching preschool‑aged children in a fun, soccer environment? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high‑energy 30‑minute sessions to kids ages 2‑5 in Loudon County. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. And you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of most rewarding things you ever do.

• Weekday mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM
• Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Classes take place on‑site at local preschools in your area
• Prior soccer experience is not required, experience working with children ages 2–5 years is preferred
• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM

  Weekday – $20 /hr, Weekend – $25 /hr
• Bonus Opportunities each season (4× year)

  Monday‑Friday: 8:45 am‑7:00 pm, Saturday‑Sunday: 8:45 am‑12:45 pm
  • Scheduling Notes:
    • Programs run in 8–10 week seasons
    • Coaching Managers take your availability and location to assign a set schedule prior to each season
    • Consistent weekly schedule once the season begins
