Varsity Volleyball Head Coach

The Austin Waldorf School (TAPPS 2A) is seeking avarsity volleyballhead coach for the  school year. Havinghigh school volleyballcoaching experience at any level (1A-6A) is preferred but not required. Applicants need to be able to work in a collaborative environment and have strong communication skills with players, parents, administrators, and other coaches. This is a part-time stipend position.

The Varsity High  School Volleyball Head Coach is required to:

• Develop and lead practices appropriate for various skill levels
• Attend all practices and games (August-November)
• Attend AWS athletics staff meetings as needed
• Communicate regularly and professionally with student-athletes, parents, administrators, and other coaches
• Meet with players and parents as needed
• Attend the TAPPS All-District Meeting at end of season
• Attend and speak at the end-of-season banquet
• Lead off-season workouts (March-May)
• Lead the AWSvolleyballsummer camp & summer workouts (June-July)
