Soccer Stars of South Austin is growing, and we're looking for energetic, positive, kid-focused coaches to join our team. If you love soccer, enjoy working with children, and want a job that's active, meaningful, and fun, this is the perfect opportunity.

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you'll lead engaging sessions for children ages 2-10+, helping them build foundational soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. We provide a proven curriculum, ongoing training, and a supportive coaching community - you bring the enthusiasm and heart.

Hourly pay starting between $18-$25/hour

Hours:

9:00am - 11:30am, 2:00pm - 4:30pm M-F

Requirements
What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy soccer sessions that follow our curriculum and coaching philosophy
• Teach age-appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2-10
• Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful
• Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity
• Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed

What We're Looking For

• Patience, adaptability, and a positive coaching style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, morning and afternoons
• Degree in education, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, but not required
