We are one of the fastest engineering teams in the world. We prod deploy 4x / day. I’m looking for someone who can own reliability and scale across our LLM-enabled platform, shipping precise, outcome-driven improvements to high-availability systems.

What you’ll doYou will work closely with the founder and AEs to iterate quickly on messaging, targeting, and process.
Own outbound pipeline generation across email, Linked In, calls, and events.
Research and prioritize target accounts in industries adopting voice agents (BFSI, healthcare, travel, retail, logistics, etc.).
Identify key stakeholders (VP Eng, Head of AI, Product, Contact Center leaders, Security/Compliance) and map orgs.
Personalize outreach using technical and business context (how voice agents fail, why reliability matters, and what Hamming fixes).
Qualify inbound leads quickly and route or convert them into meetings with clear next steps.
Maintain clean CRM hygiene: activity logging, lead status updates, sequences, meeting notes, and handoff context.
Provide tight feedback loops to sales and engineering on objections, positioning, and competitor mentions.
Consistently hit weekly/monthly targets for meetings set, qualified opportunities, and pipeline created.
Week 1: ramp on product, customer use cases, ICP, and messaging; complete call shadowing.
By day 14: independently run multi-channel outbound sequences with strong activity volume and improve reply rates.
By day 30: consistently generate qualified meetings in target segments; demonstrate repeatable patterns by persona and vertical.
By day 60: exceed meeting/opportunity targets and become a trusted partner to AEs on account strategy and deal momentum.
1+ years in SDR/BDR, sales, recruiting, or another performance-based role with clear outcomes (or equivalent proof of excellence).
Strong written communication: crisp, specific, high-signal messaging without fluff.
High agency: you plan, execute, measure, and iterate without being asked.
Coachable and competitive: you take feedback well and want to win.
Comfort engaging technical and business stakeholders.
Operational discipline: you can run a tight cadence and keep systems clean.
Experience selling developer tools, infra, or AI products to engineering/product personas.
Familiarity with LLMs, voice stacks (STT/TTS, telephony, WebRTC), or QA/testing/observability concepts.
Prior exposure to early-stage startups and high-tempo environments.
