Embedded Software Engineer

Type: 6-12 month contract (very high possibility of conversation and/or extension)

This role offers a unique opportunity for strong C++ engineers to contribute immediately through test automation and infrastructure development, while building toward broader software engineering responsibilities over time.

This role is initially focused on testing and automation, with a clear path to expand into more traditional software development within the first 3–6 months. You will gain deep system knowledge while helping improve software quality, reliability, and performance.

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for complex C++ systems
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure software accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Contribute to system-level validation in a real-time simulation environment
• Gradually take on additional software development responsibilities as you ramp up

• 3+ years of experience with C++ development
• Strong understanding of software testing, automation, and/or quality engineering
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern development practices
• Interest in working on complex, high-performance systems
• Background in software development with a willingness to focus initially on testing
