Job DescriptionVertex is looking for AI Systems Engineers who design end-to-end intelligent systems combining models, tools, and workflows.
We are building a curated pool of senior AI engineers for upcoming roles with partner/ client companies. Selection into the pool is based on experience, technical depth, and demonstrated production impact.
Responsibilities- Design and implement AI systems using RAG, agents, and orchestration logic
- Integrate structured and unstructured data into decision workflows
- Build APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to products
- Optimize systems for accuracy, cost, and reliability
- Own system behaviour from design through production iteration
- Hands‑on experience with RAG, agents, or decision pipelines
- Experience integrating LLMs with external tools and services
- Ability to reason about system‑level trade‑offs
- Experience in Healthcare and Finance Industries
