We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who thrives in high‑velocity environments, thinks like a builder, and owns quality from code to customer. You’ll design and lead end‑to‑end testing strategies across our AI‑driven platform, enabling us to ship with confidence and speed. • Architect and own test plans for APIs, UIs, and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Postman, etc.).
• Automate regression, smoke, and performance testing across our platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shift‑left and build quality from the start.

• Identify, triage, and manage bugs with urgency and precision.
• Own release sign‑offs and ensure production‑readiness for every sprint.
• Monitor product quality in production — own the final mile and catch what others miss.
• Lead test reviews and push for continuous improvements in coverage and execution.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops to ensure testability.
• Drive culture of quality: mentor peers, elevate standards, and build shared accountability.
• Bring clarity in chaos: define KPIs for quality and report them with actionable insights.

• 5+ years in QA roles, including automation in fast‑paced, high‑growth tech companies.
• Strong experience with modern CI/CD systems and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Git Hub Actions, GCP, AWS).
• Detail‑obsessed, system‑level thinker who can spot gaps others miss.
• Comfortable owning quality independently and scaling systems from 0 to 1.
• Culturally aligned:

• Experience testing ML/AI systems or healthcare/clinical applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing and HIPAA compliance.
