Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering to lead our Platform Architecture team. You will play a pivotal role in leading engineering teams and collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams and managers to deliver cutting‑edge projects that shape the future of our industry. This is not just a people‑management role; it’s an opportunity to lead with vision, influence, and strategic thinking in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be at the forefront of our Platform development initiatives, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed our stakeholders’ expectations.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to wear multiple hats from strategic planning and risk management to hands‑on design, architecture and execution of platform architecture initiatives, working with highly talented platform engineers, empowering you to make a significant impact on our delivery outcomes and company growth. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster collaboration and drive innovation, creating a culture of excellence that echoes throughout the organization.

• Lead a team of Platform Engineers in building high‑quality, scalable, and resilient distributed systems
• Foster an environment of rapid learning and adaptation to new technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the integration and deployment of best‑in‑class financial services solutions
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth
• Grow and mentor engineers and developers to implement best‑practices and collectively collaborate across teams to build and integrate innovative products.
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through code and design reviews, and by using data and AI to make decisions.
• Build collaborative and productive relationships with development, product and program managers along with broader business stakeholders to define Apex’ platform strategy and help accomplish key business objectives.
• Provide progress reports to project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Have a strong understanding of business and technical problems that teams are solving for, and can work with stakeholders and teams to clarify, prioritize, and organize team’s work based on this knowledge.
• Perform risk analysis to identify and effectively manage risks; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling trade‑off decisions, escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate;
