** What you'll be doing:
** In the role of Senior Manager, Software Security Architecture at NVIDIA, you will:
* Lead and mentor a team of advanced security architects, encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for security software technology, ensuring detailed execution and high-quality work.
* Lead and administrate a complex workload of customer requests and priorities.
* Coordinate the development and architecture of various software systems, including Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, system software, and firmware.
* Partner with multi-functional teams to resolve and successfully conduct innovative security solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, setting daring goals and achieving outstanding results.
* Find ways to improve customer experience through automation and/or AI
** What we need to see:
** To be successful in this role, you should have:

* B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* More than 10 overall years of confirmed background in software engineering.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in software architecture and leadership positions.
* People management experience; this is not the position for a first-time manager.
* Commitment to successful people management as your first priority.
* A strong dedication to excellence and a consistent track record of mentoring and developing people.
* Excellent software architecture skills with a strong hands-on ability.
* Experience leading senior-level software engineers and diverse software architectures, such as Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, system software, and firmware.
