Full Stack Java Developer – W2 Candidates Only
This range is provided by 360 Technology. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- In-depth experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, business logic layer, data access layer) as well as distributed architectures using integration hubs such as Data Power, Mule, or any ESB.
- Strong skills in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring-Core, Spring transactions, JSP, EJB, servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JTA transaction services, logging (Log4J), thread management, and development of asynchronous Java processes.
- Experience in developing REST and SOAP services using JAX-WS/RS and/or Spring framework.
- Experience building multi-module projects, compiling, building, packaging source code into JARs, WARs & EARs and deploying them in application servers (Web Sphere, Jboss, etc.).
- Experience with Type Script or ECMAScript (ES6 or later).
- Experience handling styles with CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, or similar.
- Frontend development experience – preference for candidates with React or Angular and Node.js.
- Experience writing unit test cases with Jest, Enzyme or Mocha.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, and a solid understanding of database principles/SQL beyond simple data access.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and/or technologies.
- Must have performed hands‑on development in most recent projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact smoothly with development team leadership and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, independent, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical designs.
- Ability to perform code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the project.
- Collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and form core foundations for future products.
- Adaptability to an existing complex system.
- Passion for building high‑quality systems using best practices.
- Project experience working with Agile processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, etc.
