PHP Developer; AWS - Hybrid in Orlando, FL OR Austin, TX

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with AWS experience for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity in Orlando, FL or Austin, TX. This is a HYBRID role that offers flexibility while requiring regular onsite collaboration at the respective local office.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and maintaining scalable web applications, working within cloud-based environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development with PHP (Symfony preferred).
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and API-first design principles.
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Cloud Watch, etc.).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) for containerized deployments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline).
• Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
• Strong understanding of third-party API integration patterns, rate limiting, and error handling best practices.

$100,000 - $110,000 a year

During the initial contract period, the W2 pay range is $48 - 55 per hour.
