Python ML Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Python ML Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Python ML Engineer, you will be part of the Data Science and AI Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovative solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Python ML Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range: Best in the segment on W2

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high‑level designs into detailed technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure high‑quality project delivery within Agile frameworks.
• Design, architect, and deploy cloud‑native applications on platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or GCP.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools and models into existing systems to enhance data analytics, visualization, and automation capabilities.

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Python programming.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of development systems, system design, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience working with databases such as Mongo
  
  DB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server, or Postgre
  
  SQL.
