• Own the architecture and design of the end‑to‑end AI workflow stack, ensuring clear interfaces and versioning
• Build reliable, low‑latency production systems that integrate foundation models and traditional microservices
• Deliver features from the user‑facing aspect (UI) to backend services with end‑to‑end ownership
• Implement robust testing frameworks to guarantee predictable behavior from AI‑powered data platforms
• Mentor and provide technical leadership across teams, raising code/design standards and unblocking complex projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and 6+ years of experience
• Expertise in at least one primary language (Rust preferred) and cloud‑native architectures
• Proven experience in integrating AI/ML models into user interfaces, including building features like AI‑powered assistants
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Security and privacy mindset with familiarity in data governance and compliance considerations

• Experience designing reusable AI workflow primitives or internal platforms for multiple product teams
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management and experience with feature/embedding stores
• Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval strategies, and indexing pipelines
• Experience with observability tools and building robust tracing/metrics/logging for AI systems
• Experience managing machine learning workloads on container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
