Senior Business Developer

JOB SUMMARY :

Codenetix is seeking a Senior Business Central Developer to join our ERP team on a full time basis. The BC Developer is an important role, to handle the ERP Implementation & Support projects for all customers across North America. The Senior BC Developer will work as part of the ERP team to handle new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance & support existing clients

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• AL Extension Development. C/AL and C/SIDE Development to handle upgrades.
• Development, maintenance and ongoing support of both Navision and Business Central systems.
• Supporting clients to upgrade from Navision to Business Central, including extension upgrades.
• Handle integration using web services with other systems
• Maintain the projects and source control in devops
• Development and execution of unit tests for Business Central extensions.
• Hands on with C# and .NET development is preferred
• Hands on with Powershell and scripts is preferred.
• Keep updated with the recent versions on Business Central and suggest necessary recommendations to the customers

QUALIFICATIONS :

• A min 5+ years of Dynamics NAV/ Business Central AL Development experience.
• A relevant tertiary qualification and a demonstrable understanding of the fundamentals of computer science (object-oriented architecture and design, understanding of networking concepts, understanding of an implementation experience with design patterns etc)
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills
• A demonstrable ability to work independently in the context of a globally distributed team.
• Experience managing websites with ERP integration is preferred
