The Salesforce Developer will support THECB's custom application development in Salesforce. This developer shall work with a project team to modify custom applications built on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include ensuring migration of applications from sandbox to production, version control, syncing data connections, regular change management and security scans, and compliance with THECB's data security policy.

• Configuring Salesforce (SFDC) applications, including APEX classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SFDC Flows, REST API integrations.
• Using Salesforce Developer console and Visual Studio.
• Conducting testing to verify logic and ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.
• Completing complex project work, troubleshooting and correcting coding errors/issues.
• Providing status updates on work assignments and technical issues that present risk to project timeline.
• Participating in the Software Development Life Cycle and working in an agile environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in Salesforce application development, using Salesforce Developer console and Visual Studio (Required)
• 8 years of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Required)
• 8 years of experience working complex projects throughout all development phases, ensuring timely completion within budget (Required)
• 8 years of ability to translate complex data and business requirements into actionable development backlog (Required)
• 8 years of strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution (Required)
• 2 years of experience working with user stories and tasks in Azure Dev Ops (Required)
• 2 years of experience working with confidential data and process implementation to provide information security (Required)
• 4 years of preferred experience working in Public Sector (Preferred)
• 4 years of preferred experience working on an agile scrum development team to evaluate user stories and size tasks (Preferred)
• 4 years of preferred knowledge of common design practices, standards, and technologies associated with application accessibility (Preferred)
• 1 year of preferred Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (Preferred)
