• Develop and innovate, especially as a backend engineer familiar with Java; your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses worldwide.
• Collaborate and create with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our embedded finance products from concept to launch.
• Understand and empathize with the needs and challenges of our customers, using your product sense to design and implement solutions that resonate.
• Measure and optimize by leveraging data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

• Experienced and technically proficient, with robust expertise in Java (for backend) or React
  
  JS (for frontend) and a holistic view of solutions; a technical bar‑raiser who sets high standards.
• Empathetic and insightful, driving development processes that enrich user experiences.
• Data‑driven and analytical, using data as a narrative tool to inform decisions.
