UST is searching for a Full Stack Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components for core applications.

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of microservice-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 6–9 years of commercial development experience.
• Strong experience in Java development with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in RESTful backend services and modern frontend frameworks (preferably Angular).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes environments, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).

Compensation Range: $59,000–$89,000. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, bereavement leave, and jury duty. Full‑time employees are eligible for a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage. Additional benefits vary by employment type and location.
