AboutThe Role
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll create end-to-end tools that make resupply operations smarter, faster, and more resilient. You’ll collaborate daily with a top-notch team of engineers committed to thoughtful design and practical impact.
What You’ll Do- Build and deliver features that support our mission
- Extend our API layer with performant CRUD methods, focusing on performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with UX and backend teams on rapid feature buildouts
- Deliver tested, production-ready code that passes CI/CD
- Prefer expertise in Typescript, Python, SQL, or Vue.js
- Design and maintain data models and pipelines powering our Navigator platform
- Define and evolve relational database schemas representing complex entities
- Build data pipelines to ingest, transform, and distribute data between systems
- Leverage our semantic data modeling SDK for efficient storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to improve systems and practices
- Work with PMs, UX designers, and engineers to align features and data models with user needs and mission outcomes
- Contribute to engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, CI/CD refinement, fostering a culture of excellence
- Help define best practices, continuously improve CI/CD workflows, keeping DX at the forefront
- Fullstack proficiency
- Comfortable debugging across the entire tech stack
- Familiar with HTTP request codes
- Experience developing backend APIs or services in a strongly‑typed language
- Data modeling and architecture
- Relational database design, efficient queries, data integrity, performance
- Experience with data streams or pipelines/ETL processes between systems
- Great communicator
- Experience working with diverse engineering, product, and design teams
- Clear, concise communication in architecture discussions and documentation
- Growth mindset
- Always learning and staying current with industry trends and tools
- Existing security clearance or experience with government, defense, aerospace
- Building offline‑first or progressive web applications that run with limited connectivity
- Hands‑on Dev Ops or Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Palantir Foundry
- Contributions to open‑source projects

Salary ranges:
Software Engineer I $80‑120k,
Software Engineer II $84‑175k,
SR Software Engineer $134‑210k.
