Run Reveal was founded after Evan Johnson and Alan Braithwaite (former Cloudflare and Segment) realized that even the most advanced security teams were struggling to detect basic attacks. The problem is that security orgs have so much data that companies struggle to build the detections they need, manage their data, and hunt for signals that indicate a compromise has happened.

Run Reveal is built for massive amounts of data and will manage the collection of your security logs from your cloud and SaaS providers. Run Reveal will automatically start looking for the signals of compromise and correlate those signals across all of your multiple log streams. Run Reveal only takes minutes to set up and will make all of your logs available for search during investigations, building your own custom alerts, and building custom dashboards.

As a software engineer you'll help work on our product for the entirety of Run Reveal's customer base. As a small team we all end up needing to get our hands dirty with every part of our stack. It's likely there will be areas of our stack you're more comfortable with and others that you are less comfortable with, so it's okay if you're more of a front-end engineer, back-end engineer, distributed systems engineer, etc.

Our API and backend processes are entirely written in Go with our front-end being Next.js. You'll own new features, bug-fixes, and more end-to-end in a fast paced environment while working collaboratively on maintaining the health and quality of our platform.

• Have worked at a fast growing SaaS company in an engineering or similar role previously.
• Familiar with Go, Next js, or the willingness to learn and pick them up quickly.
• Comfortable working on a small team where you’ll be trusted to make big decisions.
