- In collaboration with the PFCE/ERSEA Manager, develop and implement an annual Family Engagement Plan that incorporates a logic model to measure family outcomes and overall family impact.
- Collaborate with PFCE/ERSEA Manager to create an annual family outcomes report.
- In collaboration with the PFCE/ERSEA Manager plan and implement monthly Lunch and Learn events for Family Advocates and parents to become informed of the resources available to address family needs and program initiatives.
- Document required family attendance and outcome data in Child Plus according to established timelines.
- Collaborate with PFCE/ERSEA Manager to develop and implement service-learning plans and necessary policies and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory compliances for engaging parents inclusive of dads/father figures that are involved in the lives of children currently enrolled in Child Inc Head Start and Early Head Start directly operated and partnership programs.
- Collaborate with assigned Family Advocates to establish Family Partnership Agreements with dads/father figures involved in the lives of currently enrolled children
- Collaborate with PFCE/ERSEA Manager to establish a budget for Family Services and father engagement activities.
- Maintains program records (written and electronic), including required documentation by OHS, TRS, Licensing, NAEYC and Child Inc.
- Manages the activities and performs the day-to-day operations of the Family Support Services Program with direction from PFCE Program Manager, Head Start Director, and/or the Executive Director.
- Collaborates with PFCE/ERSEA Manager to establish an annual Family Engagement Calendar.
- Actively assists PFCE Program Manager in linking parents to training, employment, health care, housing, neighborhood support groups and other formal and informal supports that will assist in reducing the stress on their marital and family relationships and improve family well-being.
- Collaborate with Executive Director and fund development team to secure additional grants and financial support for family engagement/fatherhood programming.
