ATX Community Health Worker (CHW), you are a trusted member of the community, with an understanding of the cultures, languages, socio-economic statuses, and life experiences of the community served. You have excellent and proven interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to clearly convey information and proactively listen to client needs, goals and barriers. As a Connect
ATX CHW, you have a strong desire to help others and are creative and resourceful in helping to improve outcomes for your clients. You are respectful of the communities we serve and understand their concerns. We are looking for an exceptional problem solver who loves connecting with others and building healthy trusting relationships. In this role, you will help community members access needed services and resources, as well as, building individual, community, and system capacity through social service and health knowledge and self-sufficiency.
