Responsibilities- Restoration Technicians needed for FIRE DAMAGE AND CONTENT PACK-OUT AND CLEANING division. We already have a great team, but just want to add to the team. Please reply if you have strong communication skills (working well with customers, adjusters and team), caring and empathetic in the handling of others possessions and good organizational skills.
- WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIANS NEEDED TO ADD TO OUR ALREADY REALLY GREAT TEAM! Please apply for the CREW CHIEF/LEADER POSITION IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE. IF NO EXPERIENCE, WE CAN CONSIDER A ROLE AS A HELPER TECHNICIAN.
- Respond to all losses with a sense of urgency.
- Explain the process to customers in detail to help them feel at ease.
- Be helpful to employees and customers.
- Demonstrate good communication.
- Show expertise in your field.
- Work well with others and demonstrate conflict resolution skills.
- Must be able to handle software specific programs for Servpro and other 3rd party vendors.
- On-call rotation required.
- Valid driver’s license - if you have had a suspended license or multiple speeding tickets, this might make you ineligible to drive our company vehicles. This would disqualify you from being hired into this position.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
