Professional Home Inspector

Home Check Inspection Group is a company that provides thorough home inspections to help home buyers make informed decisions about their investment. The company has a team of experts who are well-versed in construction building practices, requirements, and safety features. We aim to offer peace of mind to our clients and make the buying or selling process a great experience.

This is a full-time remote role for a Professional Home Inspector. The Professional Home Inspector will be responsible for performing property inspections, providing inspection reports, and providing excellent customer service. Compensation is based on experience.

We are currently hiring for Austin and surrounding areas. If you are outside of that area, feel free to apply in the event that we have future opportunity.

• TREC Professional Home Inspectors License (Required)
• WDI Inspectors License: (Commercial Technician License from TDA) (Preferred, not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) (Preferred, not required)
• Clean Professional work truck/van with valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, maneuver through small spaces such as crawlspaces/attics, bend down/crouch or stretch to reach items for inspection, climb ladders and walk on roofs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of residential building codes and regulations
• Ability to use inspection tools and equipment
