Position: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $15 to $18+, based on experience and qualifications.

Location: SERVPRO of Brunswick

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage. This includes performing mitigation services, using professional cleaning equipment, and potentially performing light to heavy demolition of building materials. We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in challenging environments, and a dedication to exceeding expectations.

• Prepare work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
• Perform restoration processes efficiently and according to guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.
• Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left orderly.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments, including tight spaces and heights.
• Willingness to participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotational schedule for emergency services.

• Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast‑paced environments.
