Air Duct Helper - Austin

Role Overview

The Field Technician Helper supports lead Field Technicians in delivering high-quality air duct, dryer vent, chimney, and insulation services. This role is execution-focused and does not involve selling or customer decision‑making. The Helper is responsible for assisting with physical work, setup, breakdown, safety, and job completion.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to learn a skilled trade, work with their hands, and grow into a lead technician role over time.

• Assist with air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney services, and insulation installs
• Set up and break down equipment and job sites
• Handle hoses, vacuums, ladders, tools, and materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in customer homes
• Follow all SOPs and safety procedures at all times
• Support lead technicians to improve speed and efficiency
• Assist with before‑and‑after photos as required
• Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for before leaving the job
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles

• Meet daily productivity and job completion standards
• Follow safety procedures 100 percent of the time
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality workmanship
• Be reliable, punctual, and prepared daily
• Support strong customer satisfaction through professionalism and care

• No prior experience required. Full training provided
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Able to work in attics, on ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labor
• Coachable, hardworking, and dependable
• Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
