DUTIES:

In the Field Daily

* On the job site for 4+ customers per day

* On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups

* Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Customer Service and Communication

* Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

* Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool

* Communicate with support team with questions

Follow Repair Process

* Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process

* Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit

* Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We're seeking someone with experience in the construction industry, a trade, or any kind of handyman work. Your familiarity with tools, construction materials, and basic construction common sense will be essential in mastering the Surface Experts process. Color-matching/painting experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a big plus!

QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.

* Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.

* An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.

* Must have strong time-management abilities.

* Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus!

* Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.

* Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
