About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial and institutional projects in North Texas. This role is responsible for overseeing installation, manpower planning, safety compliance, and quality control while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who sets the standard for craftsmanship, safety, and jobsite professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field plumbing operations from mobilization through completion.
• Manage manpower planning, crew productivity, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Engineers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and plumbing codes.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for constructability and accuracy.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture onsite.
• Mentor and develop field personnel to build high-performing crews.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
• 5+ years of plumbing experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems: domestic water, sanitary, storm, fuel gas (medical gas a plus).
• Thorough understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.

Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000 USD.
