Starting Pay: Commission based on performance

After initial training, you will earn generous commissions based on performance, additional work performed, and job profitability. Top performers significantly increase their earnings.

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl in confined spaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, software applications)
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions

Prior plumbing or sales experience is a plus — but not required
. We will train the right candidate.

• Meet with homeowners to understand plumbing and drainage concerns
• Diagnose issues in collaboration with your team
• Present clear repair, maintenance, and replacement options
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from greeting through payment
• Perform visual inspections and assist with repair and maintenance services
• Coordinate with licensed plumbers for regulated work
• Follow the Mr. Rooter service process consistently and professionally
• Maintain efficiency, productivity, and high customer satisfaction
