Wood Air Conditioning is hiring experienced Commercial Refrigeration Pipe fitters to join our traveling installation team supporting large national retail clients, including Walmart.

DescriptionWood Air Conditioning is hiring experienced Commercial Refrigeration Pipe fitters to join our traveling installation team supporting large national retail clients, including Walmart. If you have 3+ years of hands‑on commercial refrigeration pipe fitting experience and are comfortable installing rack systems in active retail environments, we want to speak with you.
What We Offer- $30–$45/hour, based on experience (paid weekly)
- $40/day per diem
- Company‑paid lodging and transportation

- Install piping for commercial refrigeration rack systems and walk‑ins
- Pipe installation for retrofit and new construction projects
- Steel, copper, HDPE, and PVC piping
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Work safely and efficiently in active commercial environments
- 3+ years commercial refrigeration pipe fitting experience required
- Experience on large retail or grocery projects preferred
- Ability to braze and pressure test systems
- Willingness to travel for extended project durations
- Valid driver’s license required
