AtWork Personnel is hiring a Restoration Technician for a fast‑growing Restoration Company specializing in water damage. This is a part‑time position, on an as‑needed basis. It would be a great opportunity for someone who prefers a flexible schedule and is available when the calls come in. Pretty decent and easy money if you’re up for the last‑minute gig.

• Want to learn a skilled trade with certifications (like IICRC) paid for by the company.

• Assist with water mitigation and clean‑up projects.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.).
• Perform demolition tasks: remove drywall, flooring, insulation, debris.
• Document work progress with photos and notes in the company job‑tracking system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• As you grow: train on assessments, moisture readings, and job documentation.

• Tool proficiency – able to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Physical fitness – able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle various environments (heat, cold, confined spaces, etc.).
• Safety minded – understanding of and adherence to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communication & teamwork – able to follow instructions, work with clients, and collaborate with crew members.

• Valid driver s license and Reliable transportation
• Basic technical understanding of restoration equipment and procedures

• Compensation: $25/hr and overtime opportunities
