Job Overview:
Trade Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial Carpenter with FRP panel installation experience for an active project in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) in commercial settings and demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
* Install FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) in commercial environments
* Measure, cut, fit, and secure FRP panels accurately
* Prepare surfaces for proper adhesion and installation
* Install blocking, backing, and other carpentry components as needed
* Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and installation instructions
* Safely operate hand and power tools related to commercial carpentry
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Follow all Trade Management safety standards and job site requirements
* Take direction from supervisors and apply feedback consistently
Qualifications:
* Required:
Proven FRP panel installation experience
* Required:
OSHA 10 Certification (must be current)
* Commercial carpentry experience required
* Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings accurately
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and professional on the job site
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
