Sign on Bonus
We are pleased to offer up to a $10,000 sign on bonus
. Must have 5 years minimum of Mercedes-Benz experience with Master Certification. Candidates must show a loyal, steady work history. Will be dispersed over your first year of employment.

Compensation and Perks:

• Up to $50.00 per flag hour

• $300 boot allowance

• Up to $10,000 sign on bonus.

  • * Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.

• Annual Technician Flag Hour Bonuses ($.25 for Express Tech Hr, $.50 for Main Line Tech Hr, $1 for Master Tech Hr)
