As a Water Technician at SERVPRO Team Harvey, you will be a key member of our restoration team, responding to water damage emergencies in homes and businesses. You’ll work hands‑on in the field to perform water extractions, set up and monitor drying equipment, document job progress, and deliver excellent service with compassion and professionalism.

We’ll provide you with training, certifications, and the tools you need to grow your career in the restoration industry.

• Respond promptly to water damage calls and assist customers with professionalism and empathy
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, cleaning, and demolition as needed
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment to ensure effective moisture removal
• Accurately document job activities, including photos, moisture readings, and daily logs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle and equipment
• Follow SERVPRO safety guidelines and industry best practices at all times
• Assist Crew Chief/Production Manager in job scoping, communication, and customer updates
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekend emergency response

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor in varying conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification (company supported)
