In this role, you’ll work closely with the Critical Facility Technician to maintain and monitor equipment in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

- Assist with testing, inspections, and facility rounds to ensure optimal performance of critical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and support scheduling of maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and customer concerns, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local codes and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sensitive equipment.
- Prepare timely reports and communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools.
- Escort subcontractors and ensure adherence to critical facility work rules.
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license
- Journeyman HVAC license (state, county, or city jurisdiction)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Commercial HVAC technician
- 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC technician in a commercial setting
