Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to maintain and optimize the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 /per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

* Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal performance.

* Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations.

* Conduct routine inspections and document findings.

* Assist with energy management initiatives and sustainability programs.

* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.

* Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

* Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
