Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $150,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

• Up to 20% commission on repairs

• Residential HVAC Service Technicians
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong technical, communication, and customer‑service skills
• Pride in craftsmanship and professionalism

• High School or better (Preferred)
• Residential HVAC Service Experience (Required)
• Driver License (Required)
• TX Dept License Reg (Required)
• EPA Type II (Required)
