Facility Maintenance Technician ; On-Site

• Regularly inspect buildings, garages, and grounds for damage, debris, lights out, etc.
• Assist with the maintenance of irrigation systems, grounds, and water features.
• Assist with furniture moves and installations.
• Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, and painting as needed.
• Document work into logs, files, system prints and other records and communicate, both verbal and written, with other team members and supervisors.

• Zero or more years of experience in building, grounds maintenance, or other relevant experience.
• Driver's license.

• Experience in drywall repair and/or painting.
• Experience in electrical, HVAC and/or plumbing.
