• Able to work as a team and communicate with other technicians and team members
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
• Learn about tools, materials, and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Collect payments using web-based tools

• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and punctual to pick up work truck daily
• Some experience in construction (home services) is a bonus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
