• Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field (Preferred)
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)

• Customer Service:
  Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
• Project Execution:
  Manage the mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Perform Mitigation:
  Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
• Emergency Response:
  Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
