Position: Install Plumber- Weekend Schedule
We are hiring two install plumbers to work from Friday to Monday, serving our customers when they need us most.

Position Summary

As a Residential Service Install Plumber, you'll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homes-replacing and upgrading fixtures, water heaters, and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' lives. This isn't new construction-this is skilled, detail-oriented work on the service side, where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out.

What You'll Do

* Install and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, etc.)

* Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questions

* Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean, respectful work environment

* Ensure all work meets code and safety standards

* Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

* Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)

* 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferred

* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices

* Great communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job

What you need:

* A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master's Plumbing License

* Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years

* Ability to guide and train an apprentice

* Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software

* Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer

* Experience with plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
