Commerical Roofing Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of commercial roof systems in the Austin area. This hands-on role requires reliability, technical skill, and the ability to work safely in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair roof issues in accordance with manufacturer specs and company quality standards
• Install, repair, or replace roofing components across multiple systems and materials
• Perform tear-offs and site preparation, including setup and cleanup of tools and equipment
• Properly maintain company equipment and personal tools required for the role
• Be available for emergency after-hours repair calls when needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of low-slope and commercial roof systems; residential experience a plus
• Ability to use roofing-specific hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to safety, including adherence to MSDS and company procedures
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Drivers License
